In Good to Very Good Condition for the age. Cover has moderate wear mainly around the edges with a couple small tears. Spine is strong with a few creases. Cover and spine have light sun fading. Binding is strong. First page has a small hole in the middle right. Inside is good to very good with clean and crisp pages. Some age discoloration around the page edges.
